SRC maintains very strict quality control system. In addition to usual inspection process, such as profile check, roundness, cylindericity, and etc, we check the followings to ensure quality standard.
- Microstructure analysis : We analyze the microstructure of coating layer of every roll
- Wear resistance Test : On the regular basis we do wear resistance test of tungsten coating layer.
- Crown and Paper Feeding Test : We evaluate the amount of crown and line-pressure in the test station where steam is serviced. We also perform paper feeding test to check the runnablity of the rolls.
- Shock Resistance Test : On the regular basis we check the shock resistance of the coating, and try to make an improve our coating.
